- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, systems, and mobile devices
- Manage user access, password resets, and profile setups
- Document and track incidents to ensure timely resolution and service level compliance
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Support system installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Assist users with best practices to prevent recurring issues
β Required Qualifications:
- 1β3 years of experience in technical customer support or service desk environment
- Experience in large enterprise call center or network operations
- Strong desktop troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Ability to identify trends and recurring technical issues
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in a healthcare environment
