We are seeking an experienced Global Head of Brand Content to lead our brand content strategy and execution across all platforms and regions. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand narrative, ensuring consistency, and driving engagement through compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences worldwide.
Your core responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global content strategy aligned with our brand pillars, values, and key messaging.
- Lead and execute, in close collaboration with agencies, on the implementation of a content strategy from idea generation to execution, ensuring high-quality, engaging content for internal and external audiences.
- Oversee content goveranance, ensuring consisency in tone, style and quality across all channels and regions.
- Manage content on our global social media channels, website, and third-party content platforms such as Glassdoor.
- Lead content projects on under utilised channels such as TikTok and YouTube, exploring innovative content formats to reach new audiences.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging content trends and platform opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Use market research, audience insights, and performance metrics to track effectiveness and adapt content strategy/brand positioning to enhance engagement and performance
- Act as a liaison for global production, own guidelines for video and photography, and enhance the quality of partner-produced content.
Your skills and experience
- 12 years of experience in brand content strategy and management, with a proven track record in a global or multi-regional context.
- Familiarity with emerging platforms and content formats, such as short-form videos and interactive media.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present ideas effectively.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling
- Collaborates to succeed and is able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Acts autonomous, enjoys a high degree of freedom and responsibility and thrives in a high-performance culture
- Ability to travel regularly to our global offices in Amsterdam, Sydney and Mumbai.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
