Imaging Associates is seeking a full-time Guest Services Supervisor to lead our front desk team and help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We combine advanced imaging technology with compassionate, patient-centered care, and our Guest Services team plays a vital role in making that happen.

In this role, you'll build on the responsibilities of a Guest Services Representative by supporting patient scheduling, registration, and incoming calls while also providing day-to-day leadership for the front desk team. Working closely with the Director of Guest Services, you'll help coordinate daily operations, coach and support staff, ensure smooth workflows, and foster a positive, service-focused culture.

As an added benefit, this position is eligible for a $4,000 retention bonus after 6 months of employment and an additional $7,000 retention bonus after 12 months.
This position supports our Anchorage, Eagle River, and Palmer locations, so the ability to travel between locations is required.

- Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Medical terminology required.
- Experience: One year of medical office and registration experience is preferred. Experience with multi-line telephone systems. Experience with personal computers, printers, copiers and fax machines required. Radiology Information System experience is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Operates a variety of office equipment, including, but not limited to; printers, copiers, postage machines.
- Other Qualifications: Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills; maintain multiple tasks with frequent interruptions; and work flexible shifts. Must be able to apply basic math skills.
