Compensation:$17 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Provide accurate information about services, facilities, and local attractions
- Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards
- Handles cash and is able to accurately count cash and make accurate change for guests. Responsible for cash transactions. Knows the procedure for obtaining proper credit card authorizations
Qualifications:
