Imagine Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Collections Representative to join a growing banking team! This position is fully onsite, based in Rochester, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage delinquent accounts and work toward bringing them to current status.
• Provide financial guidance and support to borrowers.
• Set up structured repayment plans based on each client’s situation.
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with customers while supporting long-term financial stability.
