WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of in-home sales experience — bathroom remodeling experience is strongly preferred and rewarded immediately at the top of our commission range
- Windows, roofing, siding, or kitchen experience considered — if you close high-ticket deals in a living room, we want to talk
- One-call close mentality — you know how to build trust fast and create urgency without pressure
- You have real numbers. A close rate. A best month. We'll ask.
- You're not just looking for a better job — you're looking for a platform to build something
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
