We're a fast-growing home improvement company serving Connecticut homeowners. We have leads, we have a proven product, and we have a sales process that closes. What we need is the person who can get us in the door.
We're not looking to train someone from scratch. We want the experienced pro who already knows how to work a phone, handle objections, and book quality in-home appointments — and wants to finally get paid what they're worth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work inbound and outbound leads to book confirmed in-home consultations
- Qualify homeowners and set high-quality appointments for our sales team
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-up schedule
- Hit your numbers — then help us build a team around you
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years setting appointments in home improvement — windows, roofing, kitchens, baths, siding, or similar
- Confident, persistent, and warm on the phone — not scripted or pushy
- You know how to turn a "not interested" into a booked appointment
- You have the numbers to prove it — we'll ask
- You want to grow into managing a team, not just work a phone forever
WHAT WE PAY
- Competitive hourly base
- $15 per kept appointment — paid bi-weekly
- A percentage of every closed sale your appointment generates — paid on top of your per-appointment bonus
- Earnings are uncapped — your results drive your income
