Plant Reliability & Asset Maintenance Supervisor

Your mission

Uptime is everything. As our Plant Reliability & Asset Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead technicians, own preventive and predictive programs, and resolve complex equipment issues to keep production moving.

Work schedule & compensation

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• Flexibility: Occasional nights/weekends for emergency maintenance
• Salary: $90,000–$95,000
  
  

Core responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Maintenance Technicians
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance execution
• Author, update, and enforce SOPs and JSAs
• Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs
• Maintain accurate daily maintenance/repair logs
• Partner with Production and Management to align priorities
• Safeguard tools, manage work areas, and enforce safety protocols
• Deliver training as needed
• Order and manage parts, tools, and inventory
• Handle additional duties as assigned
  
  

What you bring

• 10 years in Industrial Maintenance
• Experience in one or more: electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, welding, piping systems, PLC programming
• Competence reading blueprints and schematics
• Foundational literacy and numeracy
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
• Manual dexterity to operate machinery and computers
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Dependable attendance on scheduled shifts
  
  

Tools & environment

• Manufacturing setting with frequent lifting up to 30 pounds
• PPE required: safety glasses, hearing protection, and work boots
