Manufacturing Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Help us support growth by keeping production assets reliable and safe. As a Manufacturing Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you’ll handle installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of industrial systems.

Compensation: $26–$36/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM

Location: Las Vegas, NVCore responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Develop, maintain, and follow SOPs and JSAs.
• Program PLCs and support controls-related adjustments.
• Record daily maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate clearly with Production Associates and Management.
• Secure and maintain tools; keep work areas clean.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
• Assist with training when requested.
• Order tools and parts for machinery inventory.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
  
  

Minimum qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in one or more: Electrical; Mechanical; Hydraulics & pneumatics; Plumbing; Carpentry; HVAC; Welding; Piping systems; PLC programming.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical schooling preferred).
• Manual dexterity for machinery and computer operation.
• Lift up to 30 pounds.
• Consistent attendance during scheduled shifts.

• Standard manufacturing setting.
• Frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds.
• Use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, and work boots.
