Senior Electrical Estimator, Data Center and Industrial

Houston, TX (Onsite, Monday to Friday)

Estimate large electrical projects in the booming data center market, plus petrochemical and heavy industrial work. No data center experience required.

Must-Haves

• Electrical construction estimating in industrial, commercial, EPC, or mission-critical work
• Reading electrical drawings, specs, and construction documents
• Knowledge of electrical materials, installation methods, and labor
• Quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, and sub bid evaluation
• Strong Excel skills; able to travel as needed
  
  

What You'll Do

• Build detailed electrical and instrumentation estimates
• Perform takeoffs and price material, labor, equipment, and subs
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes
• Join pre-bid meetings, site visits, and walkdowns
• Assemble final bid packages and maintain cost history
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Bluebeam, McCormick, or Accubid
• Data center construction experience
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
