Must-Haves
- 1 to 3 years of warehouse supervisor or distribution leadership experience
- International food export load coordination and documentation
- Cold-chain and food safety knowledge
- Team coaching and operational reporting
- High school diploma; forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Supervise refrigerated warehouse receiving, picking, and shipping
- Schedule labor to meet domestic and export shipment deadlines
- Oversee container loading and export shipment accuracy
- Maintain inventory accuracy, cold-chain integrity, and safety
- Use WMS reports to improve productivity and on-time departures
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- College degree
- Powered industrial truck trainer experience
- $70,000 to $80,000 base, DOE
- Up to $12,000 annual bonus, paid monthly
- Weekend OT as needed
