Must-Haves
- 10 years of construction safety experience
- SSHO on at least two federal design-build projects of $5M or more each (list project names and values on your resume)
- Heavy civil construction background
- OSHA 30
- EM 385-1-1 implementation, including AHAs, inspections, and subcontractor oversight
- Willingness to live in the Laredo area for the project
- Border, roadway, utility, or linear civil experience
- CHST, ASP, or CSP
- USACE project experience
