Must-Haves
- 10 years of construction quality control experience
- Experience on at least two federal design-build projects
- QCM or CQC Manager on at least two projects of $10M or more each (list project names and values on your resume)
- Three-phase control, submittals, inspections, testing, and deficiency tracking
- USACE CQM-C, or the ability to obtain it
- Willingness to live in the Laredo area for the project
- Heavy civil experience
- Border, roadway, bridge, or linear civil projects
- USACE RMS experience
