Must-Haves
- 5 years of quality management in manufacturing
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Hands-on management of a certified quality system
- AS9100 and ISO 9001 knowledge
- Root cause, CAPA, and SPC experience
- Engineering drawing and specification reading
- AS9100 or ISO lead auditor
- ASQ CQM, CQE, or CQA
- Technical bachelor's degree
- AS9102 FAI and DCMA experience
