Electrical Field Service Technician - NETA II / III / IV | NICET EPT | or Equivalent Field Experience

Test and commission the medium- and high-voltage systems powering utilities, industrial plants, and data centers, with weekends protected.
Must-Haves
Test and troubleshoot switchgear, transformers, breakers, and protective relays. Execute LOTO and arc-flash evaluations per NFPA 70E.
Analyze results, document findings, and generate detailed field service reports.
Lead or support crews and mentor junior techs, with responsibility growing by level (II builds the foundation, III leads crews, IV owns projects as client-facing SME).
Nice to Have OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, PowerDB, and OEM test equipment experience (Megger, Doble, Omicron).

Must-Haves
- 2 to 8 years electrical testing experience
- Strong grasp of power distribution systems
- Familiarity with NETA standards and NFPA 70E
- Valid driver's license, clean record
- Willing to travel up to 50%
- NETA or NICET EPT certification preferred (strong hands-on testing experience considered in place of certification)

Compensation By Level
- Level II: $35 to $60/hr
- Level III: $65 to $75/hr
- Level IV: $75 to $85 /hr
