Shape the future of manufacturing by leading automation strategy across an entire North American network of facilities.
You Must Have
Own and execute corporate automation strategy across all North American manufacturing sites. Lead a team of process control engineers and contractors. Drive standardization, innovation, and operational efficiency through best-in-class control systems.
Manage the full capital automation plan, from identifying plant needs to securing funding and providing final technical approval on CERs. Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and safety compliance.
Champion OT cybersecurity protocols, PSM compliance, and safety-in-design principles including HAZOPs and LOPA reviews.
Leverage PI System (Aveva) and business intelligence tools to build dashboards and analytics that inform leadership decisions. Evaluate emerging technologies including advanced process control, machine learning, and AI.

You Must Have
- BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering plus 10 years of experience
- DeltaV configuration experience (required, non-negotiable)
- Batch control experience and familiarity with S88 standards preferred
- PSM (Process Safety Management) experience preferred
- Strong project management skills across capital projects from $25K to $2M
