What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager (Tempature Controlled Facility) position at iLocatum?
General Manager | Industrial Cold Storage & Global Export Operations
Location: Joliet, IL (100% Onsite) Compensation: $145,000 – $165,000 $24k Performance Bonus Reporting to: Regional Leadership
[MUST-HAVES]
We are seeking a high-caliber General Manager to lead our 80-employee, multi-shift facility in Joliet. This is a critical leadership transition; the operation is stable but requires a visible, credible leader to unify the team and instill a culture of disciplined execution.
This is not a P&L-heavy corporate role. This is an operational "battle commander" position. You will be responsible for the physical movement of goods, the safety of the team, and the complex execution of international food exports. If you prefer leading from a spreadsheet in a remote office, this is not the role for you. If you lead by presence and competence, we want to talk.
