Must-Haves
15 years in construction preconstruction or estimating, with significant industrial, tilt-wall, or data center experience.
Proven leadership on complex projects valued at $50M .
Deep expertise in design-build, negotiated, design-assist, and GMP delivery methods.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
What You'll Do
Lead all preconstruction activity, from estimates and budgets to bid strategy and scope development across industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and data center projects.
Partner with operations and executive leadership to align preconstruction with company growth. Build and mentor a high-performing estimating team. Own client, architect, and subcontractor relationships that drive negotiated work.
Compensation
$200K to $215K base with significant performance bonuses on top.
