The role focuses on leading electrical and instrumentation aspects of multiple U.S. projects, ensuring successful build, installation, and commissioning of equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, compliant with standards, and aligned with design specifications.
This position will initially be based in Lebanon, KY, with potential transition to future sites after approximately one year.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Oversight
Location: Elizabethtown, KY (initially based in Lebanon, KY with future site assignments)
Must-Have Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of industrial electrical experience, including facility build and commissioning projects
- Proven experience managing contractors and driving projects to meet timelines
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems in an industrial environment
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently between sites (within ~1–1.5 hours of Louisville, KY)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Hands-on experience ensuring installations meet codes, standards, and engineering drawings

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Oversight
- Lead electrical and instrumentation scope for facility build and commissioning projects
- Oversee installation of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and design specifications
- Ensure systems align with P&ID and electrical drawings, including control philosophy
- Review, inspect, and sign off on completed electrical work
- Manage contractors and suppliers to ensure work is completed on schedule and to quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain project alignment
- Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders
- Provide hands-on technical support and problem-solving for electrical and instrumentation challenges
- Deliver cost-effective, practical solutions aligned with project goals
- Apply strong technical knowledge to optimize system performance and installation efficiency
- Plan and organize project activities to meet deadlines and performance expectations
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, safety, and project execution
- Adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining quality and timelines
- Ensure all work is performed in line with safety standards and best practices
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in commercial/industrial gas or similar process-driven industries
- Strong background in control systems and instrumentation
- Project management and contractor coordination
