Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Oak Brook, IL, with flexibility for remote work. The Account Manager will manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Responsibilities include maintaining open communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing support throughout the loan process, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized loan solutions. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities for business growth and manage a portfolio of accounts to meet sales and service objectives.
Qualifications
