Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assist the Director of UPB Training & Performance Improvement, other UPB Management, and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for performance and business process improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes, process owner feedback, and collected data.
2. Assist in designing solutions to performance issues which may include internal and external training, process redesign, and/or change management activities.
3. Work with the Director of UPB Training & Performance Improvement and other UPB Management to review, update and develop training courses/materials, process documentation, and website content that reflect current system requirements, University Payroll & Benefits procedures and University of Illinois System policy and procedures.
4. Serve as a liaison to University, campus, and departmental officials/staff to effectively address/resolve matters related to UPB training and performance improvement activities, and to ensure they are informed about critical payroll and benefits processing issues and kept current on related procedures.
5. Manage and perform other duties appropriate for a Business Administrative Associate classification.
