What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training and Business Process Analysis Administrator - Hybrid position at uisystemoffice?
Assist the Director of UPB Training & Performance Improvement, other UPB Management, and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for performance and business process improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes, process owner feedback, and collected data. (50%)
Assist in designing solutions to performance issues which may include internal and external training, process redesign, and/or change management activities. (20%)
Work with the Director of UPB Training & Performance Improvement and other UPB Management to review, update and develop training courses/materials, process documentation, and website content that reflect current system requirements, University Payroll & Benefits procedures and University of Illinois System policy and procedures. (20%)
Serve as a liaison to University, campus, and departmental officials/staff to effectively address/resolve matters related to UPB training and performance improvement activities, and to ensure they are informed about critical payroll and benefits processing issues and kept current on related procedures. (5%)
Manage and perform other duties appropriate for a Business Administrative Associate classification. (5%)
