Duties & Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Editing
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and design team by scheduling and coordinating meetings and deliverables.
- Support the design team with editing, reviewing, and revising curriculum content as needed.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in all documents and content.
- Assist the L&D administration with project management scheduling.
- Assist the L&D administration in developing and maintaining course project plans, tracking on-time delivery of projects in collaboration with project sponsors and the design team.
- Assist the L&D administration with creating and maintaining project documentation and reports.
Data Management and Evaluation
- Support the data governance analyst to evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
- Assist with data monitoring and reporting.
- Provide on-going support for quality assurance of data reports produced by UIUC L&D team.
- Create, run, and disseminate reports of evaluation results to all relevant management staff.
Other duties as assigned that are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.
