Requirements:
- 10 years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience, with consideration for exceptional candidates at the partner level.
- Deep experience with acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing, preferred equity, joint ventures, and other real estate ownership structures.
- Established client relationships and a demonstrated ability to originate and grow business.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and offices.
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.
