The Opportunity:
A leading international law firm are looking to onboard an established Litigation Associate into their Miami office.
The Complex Commercial Litigation group is established of close to 60 attorneys, including a fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers, former appellate court clerks, trial court clerks, a former Illinois Supreme Court law clerk, and federal and state prosecutors. It also includes four former trial court judges and a state Supreme Court justice.
The firm are consistently recognised in leading legal publications, including over 130 lawyers named in 60 practice areas and 11 metropolitan areas in the recent The Best Lawyers in America 2025 edition.
The Role Requires:
- Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a relevant law firm setting.
- Experience with all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals, and have strong research and writing skills.
- Experience handling high-stake litigation for sophisticated clients around the globe.
- Familiarity with working on matters at both a regional and international level.
- Familiarity with managing electronic discovery, including managing document collections and vendors is a plus.
- Experience with depositions, motion practice, and handling oral arguments is a plus.
- Trial experience is beneficial.
- Hold a relevant JD as well as be admitted to the Indiana bar.
