A respected and growing law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 2–6 years of experience to join its highly collaborative Labor & Employment Practice Group. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to employers on complex workplace issues while also handling sophisticated employment litigation matters.
Associates in this practice advise employers across a broad range of industries on day-to-day employment counseling, compliance, workplace investigations, and dispute resolution matters. The role offers substantial client interaction and the opportunity to work closely with HR professionals, executives, and business leaders to provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
The position includes counseling clients on matters involving hiring, discipline, terminations, accommodations, wage and hour compliance, employee leave issues, workplace policies, and performance management. Attorneys will also draft and revise employee handbooks, employment agreements, severance arrangements, and internal policies, while assisting clients in navigating evolving federal, state, and local employment law requirements.

Requirements:
