Experience:
- A minimum of five years of environmental transactions practice from preferably a large law firm.
- Experience working on large transactions e.g. managing environmental consultants, preparing diligence reports, drafting and negotiating the environmental provisions of M&A agreements and evaluating and procuring environmental and R&W insurance.
- Strong writing skills, interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Experience with environmental counselling and litigation is a plus.
- Hold a JD and be admitted to the Colorado bar.
