The role will focus on a broad range of debt finance matters, with particular emphasis on project finance and energy transition transactions, including renewable energy, power, and infrastructure projects. Associates will advise lenders, sponsors, developers, and investors on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex financing arrangements involving construction financings, term loans, tax equity investments, and other structured finance solutions.
Attorneys in this practice work on high-profile and market-leading transactions across the renewable energy and infrastructure landscape, gaining significant client exposure and hands-on responsibility from the outset. The position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of the legal market while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams on innovative and transformative projects.

Requirements:
- Ideal candidates will have experience in project finance, energy finance, leveraged finance, or syndicated lending transactions, with strong preference given to candidates with renewable energy and infrastructure financing experience.
- Familiarity with tax credit structures, tax equity transactions, and construction and term financing arrangements is highly valued.
- Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and analytical abilities, and outstanding interpersonal and client-management skills are essential.
- D.C. Bar required.
