The Opportunity:
A #Vault ranking full-service law firm are looking to onboard a well-rounded Banking & Finance Associate into their Boston office. They are open to candidates who have any finance experience including the following: leveraged finance, structure finance/securitization, real estate finance, asset finance, corporate finance, aviation finance.
About the Group:
The Finance group are one of the top ranked, receiving awards from IFLR 1000, Chambers, Legal 500 and Law 360. The group works across all manners of finance transactions including asset finance, real estate finance, fintech, fund finance, and leveraged finance to say a few. They have established an excellent platform of close to 200 attorneys globally.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a law firm setting.
- Prior experience with structuring, documenting, and closing financing transactions in a wide variety of industries is required.
- The candidate should have a desire to work as a member of a dynamic transactional team representing lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in a variety of financing and investment matters.
- Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials, along with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.
- Associates must have a high degree of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks and be a pro-active team player.
- An individual who is confident in assisting clients with ongoing deal administration.
