The Position:
An elite international law is looking to onboard an Associate into their recognised Real Estate Finance team. The position will be located in their Charlotte, North Carolina office. They welcome applicants that are looking to relocate to North Carolina.
About the Team:
The coast-to-coast team are established of over 50 attorneys, including members of influential industry organizations, including the Mortgage Bankers Association, the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts to name a few.
The role requires:
- A minimum of two years’ relevant law firm experience.
- The ideal candidate will have large firm commercial real estate experience representing lending institutions.
- Experience in affordable housing matters is a nice to have.
- Experience with agency financing transactions involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is preferred.
- Hold a relevant JD and be admitted (or able to waive into) to the North Carolina bar.
