Job Requirements:
- 2–9 years of experience practicing real estate law at a reputable law firm.
- Strong experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, joint ventures, and financing matters.
- Ability to manage complex transactions independently while collaborating effectively with partners, clients, and deal teams.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience advising developers, landlords, investors, property managers, and business clients on real estate matters.
- Excellent academic credentials and active membership in the North Carolina Bar (or eligibility to become admitted).
