Job Title: QA/QC Technician – 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hour
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Technician to join our food manufacturing team in Vernon, CA. Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:45 AM (Monday – Friday, occasional weekends as needed)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor food production processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Inspect product quality, warehouse cleanliness, and adherence to GMPs.
- Collect samples, retain documents, and manage quality records.
- Work directly with production staff to correct deviations and maintain food safety.
- Enter and track data using Excel and Word.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
- 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and Comfortable working in a cold environment.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, tablets).
