Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembler/ Deburr. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machining and Repetitive filing or use of a grinder to smooth away nicks and fragments with the ability to work with various tools and equipment. Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and requirements.
- Operate hand tools such as deburring knives, files, tumblers and bead blast cabinets to complete deburring and assembly tasks
- Repetitive filing or use of a grinder to smooth away nicks and fragments.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to blueprints and specifications
- Use hand arbor to press in hardware/pins, install helicoils with hand tools
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Deburring experience**
- Experience with steel detailing**
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Proficient in using hand tools for assembly tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and technical documentation.
- Experience with MIG welding techniques.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) for automation processes.
- Familiarity with CNC programming, including CNC lathe and CNC milling machine operations.
- Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in fabrication and machining.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments effectively.
- Experience in quality control practices within a manufacturing environment.
