Why We Exist

Many students, especially first-generation or underrepresented students, lack consistent access to trusted guidance on college applications, financial aid, scholarships, and career exploration. iLevelUP was created to bridge that gap by offering a comprehensive suite of tools and mentorship that meets students where they are — digitally, intuitively, and with clear pathways toward success.

Help iLevelUP and Believe in Me understand whether programs are reaching intended participants, delivering quality experiences, and expanding meaningful opportunities for underserved youth and young people.

We are seeking a volunteer Program Evaluator to develop practical, ethical evaluation plans for digital learning, mentoring, scholarships, and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Clarify program logic, intended outcomes, evaluation questions, indicators, and evidence sources
• Develop logic models, measurement plans, surveys, interview guides, rubrics, and reporting templates
• Review data quality, sampling, limitations, bias, privacy, and interpretation risks
• Analyze approved qualitative and quantitative information
• Present findings in accessible language with actionable recommendations
• Distinguish contribution from unsupported claims of causation
• Collaborate with program, data, research, product, and community stakeholders
• Support learning cycles and track responses to recommendations
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in program evaluation, applied research, education, public health, social science, nonprofit learning, or impact measurement
• Strong mixed-methods, analysis, facilitation, writing, and visual-communication skills
• Knowledge of research ethics, informed consent, privacy, equity, and youth-related safeguards
• Ability to design proportionate evaluation for evolving programs
• Familiarity with logic models, theories of change, surveys, statistics, or qualitative analysis is helpful
  
  

This is a remote, recurring volunteer role open worldwide. Expect approximately 4–8 hours per month.
