iLevelUP is a future-readiness platform built to support students through the complex journey of college and career preparation. It transforms what is often a confusing and overwhelming process into a guided, engaging, and interactive experience where learners complete quests, earn rewards, and gain confidence as they prepare for life after high school. The platform uses AI-driven personalization and a gamified design to make future planning more accessible and motivating for students who face barriers to traditional support systems.

Why We Exist

Many students, especially first-generation or underrepresented students, lack consistent access to trusted guidance on college applications, financial aid, scholarships, and career exploration. iLevelUP was created to bridge that gap by offering a comprehensive suite of tools and mentorship that meets students where they are — digitally, intuitively, and with clear pathways toward success.

• Educators and School Programs Schools, counselors, and college readiness programs can use iLevelUP to augment their support systems with AI-powered tools and gamified engagement that complements existing efforts.

Help iLevelUP create accessible, engaging visual materials that support education, career, financial-capability, and life-readiness opportunities for underserved youth and young people.

We are seeking volunteer Graphic Designers to develop digital and print assets for learning content, outreach, social media, presentations, workshops, email, partnerships, and volunteer recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics, layouts, diagrams, worksheets, presentation templates, social assets, and campaign materials
• Apply iLevelUP brand standards, typography, color, spacing, imagery, and visual hierarchy
• Design for accessibility, readability, mobile use, and varied literacy levels
• Prepare correct file sizes, formats, templates, source files, and exports
• Maintain organized asset libraries, licenses, versions, and handoff notes
• Collaborate with content, video, social, UX/UI, accessibility, outreach, and program teams
• Incorporate feedback and meet project deadlines
• Use approved photography, logos, releases, and copyright-safe assets
  
  

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating graphic, visual, communication, presentation, or educational design
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or comparable tools
• Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, accessibility, and production skills
• Reliable remote collaboration and file management
• Education, nonprofit, youth, or data-visualization experience is helpful
  
  

This is a remote, recurring project-based role open worldwide. Expect approximately 3–6 hours per month.
