Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for balancing a till/bank daily. Executes and records transactions. such as but not limited to; chip redemption, slot vouchers and cashing negotiable transactions in support of Gaming operations. Enrolls and services guest with Player Rewards program.

Adhered to all departmental and property policies and procedures.
Consistently interacts with guests, encouraging membership in Rewards Card programs, rewarding patrons for play, and effectively handling questions/problems.
Distributes monies to guests via Slot Ticket redemption, chip redemption, and check cashing.
Processes monetary transactions for other departments.
Ensures that all transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
Responsible for securing the integrity of assigned assets.
Maintains the accountability of company funds in accordance with Internal Controls and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations.
When working as the Chip Banker, he/she is responsible for the accountability of the chips in the Casino.
The Chip Bank will receive and process chip transfers to and from other banks and windows.
This bank will also receive Table Credits and issue Table fills to the pits.
Handles large amounts of money and maintains accountability over assigned bank.
Protects and preserves the bank assets including accounting for documenting and verifying the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing currency, coin, tokens, chips, cash, etc.
Verifies the daily drops for the Count Room.
Maintains cage equipment.
Runs necessary reports to balance.
Completes all necessary paperwork according to procedure.
Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
Basic computer input skills. Previous money handling experience preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Organizational skills are required as well as strong written and verbal skills.
Must be capable of interacting with the public in a highly professional and positive manner.
Must be able to work in a fast paced and often crowded/noisy environment
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime, as needed.
Must be willing to work in a smoking environment when on the casino floor
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
Shift Hours: 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Weekends and Holidays Required
