Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and seat diners efficiently to optimize flow and comfort.
• Serve as a Food Runner by delivering dishes from the kitchen to tables swiftly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and uphold food safety standards.
• Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing accuracy.
• Support banquet events or large parties by coordinating food delivery and guest services seamlessly.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service quality.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving, bussing, or food handling roles.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order management.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with kitchen tasks such as basic food preparation or cooking is a plus.
• Hospitality background including hotel or culinary experience enhances guest service capabilities.
