- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure repeat visits
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth operations
- Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency
Experience
- Prior restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures
- Experience in guest services roles like host/hostess or serving enhances your ability to connect with guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate bill processing
