This role is essential in ensuring that retail, food & beverage, and immersive experience inventory is accurately tracked, ordered, received, and documented.As a key behind-the-scenes team member, you will help keep daily operations running seamlessly so that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy bringing structure and precision to creative spaces, this could be a great fit for you.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & OrderingConduct daily inventory counts for retail merchandise, food & beverage items, and experiential suppliesPlace weekly orders based on usage trends and inventory levelsOrder cleaning supplies and operational materials to support day-to-day functionsAccurately input inventory data into tracking systems and spreadsheetsAdministrative SupportCreate and enter purchase orders while maintaining organized digital recordsCommunicate professionally with vendors regarding orders, confirmations, and discrepanciesEnsure invoices are received weekly and scanned into internal systemsPrepare and distribute daily receiving reports, noting delayed, missing, or damaged itemsQualificationsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailComfortable with data entry and inventory tracking systemsAbility to identify and resolve discrepancies efficientlyProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lift and move inventory as neededReliable with consistent attendance and punctualityPreferred (Not Required)Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsPrevious inventory, warehouse, or administrative support experienceExperience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or experiential environmentsTraining will be provided for candidates eager to learn and grow.
