What are the responsibilities and job description for the Small Event Coordinator/ Front Desk Attendant position at Wild Asparagus Catering?
Pay Range: $18-$21 per hours- 20-30 hours per week with opportunities for additional income with staffed catering events.

Job:
At Wild Asparagus, a Small Event Coordinator/ Front Desk Attendant is expected to be able to coordinate pickup & deliveries while attending to a small retail space, answering phones, and assisting customers. They will need the organizational skills required to make sure adequate time is spent with each client, while not compromising on efficiency or quality. They will be expected to greet customers when they arrive, help them with their shopping & check out, answer questions on items, opening/ closing the storefront, and answer phone call. They will also help direct calls to other coordinators and coordinate small catering events like pick ups and deliveries. Our staff are primarily self governing on a day to day basis and are expected to self prioritize tasks according to needs & deadlines. A Small Event Coordinator/ Desk Attendant must be able to gain an understanding of our menu and retain basic knowledge of allergens in items.
