Line Cook

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will work across multiple stations including grill, saute, and flat top, preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft and works well in a team setting.

Culinary school graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to spec, including steaks, pasta, chicken, and burgers
• Operate and maintain grill, saute, and flat top stations
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards consistently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
• Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff during service
• Assist with prep work before and during shifts as needed
• Restock and rotate ingredients properly

Requirements

• Prior line cook experience preferred - culinary school graduates welcome to apply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques across multiple stations
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Weekend availability is required
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

What to Expect

• 5 days a week | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
• Weekend availability is a must
• Fast-paced environment with downtime between rushes
• 30-minute break family meal included each shift
• Long-term position

Uniform

• Black pants, chef's jacket, and non-slip work shoes
• Own knife kit is a plus!
