Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Care, PRN

Description

You will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients. Overall treatment of

patients will include hands-on and documented evaluation, development of plan of care, and

ongoing treatment with patients through all aspects of occupational therapy. Position requires

ensuring every patient receives a unique experience through a comprehensive, thorough, and

customized occupational therapy regimen with an emphasis on quality and individualized care provided in a

friendly environment.

Requirements of Occupational Therapist (OT):

• Appropriate license to practice in the State of Delaware
• At least six (6) months experience , but 1 year (preferred) working as an OT within in a hospital, home care or nursing home setting within the United States
• Ability document information in the EMR
• CPR certified
• Negative TB test result
• Pass a background check
• Provide two (2) professional references
• Able to travel to cases as assigned
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Competency in computer skills.
• Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks
