What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aide position at IJN Health Systems?
JN Health Systems PA is in Chadds Ford, PA is a Home Health Agency in Chadds Ford area we are looking for Home Health Aid / Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our strong team of compassionate caregivers. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, dependable and attentive to the patient.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience in related field.
Home Health Aide or CNA must be a certified and in good standing in accordance to the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
Must be knowledgeable in their area of expertise.
Provide each of your assigned patients with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the patient’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
Shift.
We are looking to fill the following shifts:
Monday - Friday; Weekends (Sat/Sunday)
8am -12pm and 5pm-8pm
Other shifts are available
