About the RoleThe Engagement Manager plays a critical role in launching and integrating iJility solutions within customer operations. This position supports process setup, operational readiness, training, and ongoing communication between internal teams and client stakeholders. You will ensure each site implementation runs safely, efficiently, and accurately while representing iJility in a highly professional manner.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Site SetupExecute new client implementation checklists to ensure end-to-end readiness.Build site-specific operational playbooks and startup protocols.Complete all CPU billing design, reporting setup, and contract-aligned implementation milestones.Travel & Execution ExpectationsTravel up to 80% to customer sites, sometimes for multi-week periods.Adapt to any shift schedule required during implementations.Manage travel planning, booking, and expense reporting per company policy.Operational Standards & ProtocolsEstablish daily shift protocols, workflow expectations, and labor planning structures.Implement and maintain site safety requirements and the iJility safety program.Develop management-level daily and weekly checklists for consistent operational performance.Training & Workforce AlignmentLead site-specific management and employee training programs (SOPs, certification, observations).Train new iJility managers, ensuring readiness and proper onboarding toolkits.Support labor planning, orientation, and workforce performance expectations.Communication & ReportingMaintain communication cadence with internal teams (recruiting, payroll, engineering, operations).Implement KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and shift reporting systems.Provide accurate production reporting for CPU billing structures.Data & Performance AnalysisValidate on-site production reporting and ensure accurate payroll communication.Analyze data to identify productivity improvements and process enhancements.Cross-Site SupportWhen not implementing new business, provide support to existing iJility locations.Temporarily fill leadership gaps as needed until permanent managers are trained.Required QualificationsValid driver’s license and reliable ability to travel 80% of the time.Strong communication skills: bilingual applicants strongly preferred.Ability to manage fast-paced, dynamic environments independently.Strong professionalism, organization, and customer-facing confidence.Preferred QualificationsBackground in logistics, operations, staffing, or similar environments.Experience with performance reporting, KPI tracking, or CPU-based models.Demonstrated ability to train and coach teams.Company DescriptioniJility is a strategic workforce provider that has an operations and engineering backbone.
