Our commitment to personalized service makes us a trusted partner for our members. We are seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Support Specialist to be that partner to existing and new policy holders. We have a successful and busy insurance business, so we are looking for someone with a detail-oriented work style. This role will be located at our Davenport, Iowa branch.
The successful candidate should have following skills/qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional member service, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated professional communication, accuracy and attention to detail
- Known to be reliable, dependable and responsible in all situations
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Acts as the first point of contact for the agency and provides exceptional service.
- Documents all member interactions and requests completely, accurately and efficiently.
- Supports the service and sales agents.
- Coordinates billing operations to ensure accuracy.

Physical Requirements
- Sitting: Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
