Operations Support Specialist

Details:

Location: Onsite, Davenport, IA

Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm

Duration: Contract-to-hire

What You’ll Do:

- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and order management

- Review and process purchase orders while monitoring product delivery and quality concerns

- Coordinate with internal teams on RMAs, credit memos, reports, and web data updates

- Support customer satisfaction efforts and assist with collections on overdue invoices

- Proactively follow up on missing or delinquent purchase orders to ensure timely processing

What We’re Looking For:

- Tech-savvy problem-solver comfortable with proprietary systems

- Self-starter who takes initiative and digs in to find answers

- Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting inconsistencies

- Professional communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude

- Manufacturing support experience a plus but not required
