Job Requirements
Ignite is currently recruiting for an Integration Specialist to support customer efforts on our contract in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills paired with excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills. This position is responsible for supporting the customer in integrating space, homeland defense, and missile defense capability development.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Data Reporting and Agreement Management:
o Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information. Review submissions for accuracy, formatting, and content.
o Develop and maintain data reporting mechanisms utilizing various automated systems and Microsoft products to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
o Manage and track support agreements and reimbursable agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
· Integration Support:
o Conduct, attend, and facilitate monthly Command-wide integration meetings.
o Coordinating Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and education, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) stakeholder integration meetings with major commands across the Army and Joint Force.
o Ensure Space and High Altitude DOTMPLPF-P equities are accounted for in the Transformation and Training Command modernization common operating picture.
o Maintain and updating the organization’s capability requirements documents, priorities list, DOTMLPF-P assessments, capability development calendar, academic pamphlets, and industry booklets.
· Additional Duties as required:
o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
o Support evolving and varied customer requirements.
o Complete projects and follow up on results to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
o Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
o Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Job Requirements:

· Strong reporting skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in scheduling and travel logistics, including Defense Travel System
· Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and SharePoint
· Strong initiative, organizational, and time management skills
· Effective presentation skills
· Active SECRET security clearance
· On-site, direct customer support is required
Education Requirements:
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree
