The Retail Crew Member is a fast-paced, hands-on role that’s perfect for people who enjoy staying busy, helping customers, and learning new skills every day.
As a Retail Crew Member, you will be the face of a leading telecom provider, helping customers find the right products and services while ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. You will be working in a retail setting, answering questions, offering guidance, and providing friendly, hands-on support, all while learning valuable skills in customer service, sales, and teamwork that can help you grow in your career.
Responsibilities of the Retail Crew Member:
- Welcome customers within an assigned retail setting and provide friendly, face-to-face support in an assigned retail setting
- Help customers understand our telecom products, services, and current promotions
- Answer customer questions, solve problems, and make recommendations based on customer needs
- Assist with in-store promotions, displays, and creating a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Work with other Retail Crew Members to keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming
- Join daily meetings and training sessions to improve customer service and sales skills
- Share feedback from customer interactions to help improve in-store campaigns and drive sales
- Track customer engagement and sales, working toward daily and weekly sales goals
Qualifications of the Retail Crew Member:
- Experience as a Retail Crew Member, in sales, or a related role is preferred but not required
- Clear communicator and a good listener
- Reliable, organized, and eager to learn new skills
- Comfortable staying busy in a fast-paced retail environment
- Works well with others and maintains a positive attitude
- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed daily sales goals set for Retail Crew Members
This is a full-time, commission-based position with average weekly earnings of $900–$1,300.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
