Customer Team Member - Full Time

Ignited Principles is expanding our Frontier retail team and looking for motivated Customer Team Members to provide excellent service and support. In this entry-level, full-time role, Customer Team Members help customers understand Frontiers products and services, resolve complaints, guide purchasing decisions, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. With hands-on training and ongoing support, the Customer Team Member position allows individuals to earn based on performance while growing their skills in a supportive, customer-focused environment.

Your Role as a Customer Team Member:

• Assist customers in-store, helping them choose the right Frontier products and services for their needs
• Explain plans, pricing, and promotions clearly and confidently
• Answer customer questions about services, coverage, and options
• Set up new accounts accurately and efficiently
• Strive to meet daily and weekly sales targets with support and coaching
• Maintain a professional and approachable appearance while representing Frontier
• Join team meetings to improve sales, customer service, and leadership skills

Qualifications of a Customer Team Member:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• Able to thrive in an energetic, fast-moving retail setting
• Ability to break down Frontiers products and services in a way that customers understand
• Driven to achieve sales goals and eager to advance your career
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude
