Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Engage face-to-face with customers in a retail setting and introduce Frontier’s products and services that fit their needs
- Clearly explain Frontier plan options, pricing, and current promotions to drive sales
- Answer questions about contracts, installation, and service coverage to ensure a positive customer experience
- Complete sales enrollments and submit accurate customer information
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company and Frontier with integrity
- Attend weekly team meetings with other Entry Level Sales Representatives to improve sales, customer service, and leadership skills
Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Comfortable speaking with new people and working in a customer-facing retail environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly and confidently
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into leadership roles
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required
