We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely processing of invoices, and supporting overall accounts payable operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with various software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
· Ensure all invoices are appropriately supported and approved in accordance with company policy for multiple entities.
· Contribute to automation of tasks and documentation of processes.
· Understand the general ledger to ensure invoices are coded correctly.
· Maintain listing for online access of various accounts.
· Address inquiries from vendors and Accounts Payable Associates in a timely manner.
· Assist with month-end closing procedures, including system reconciliations and analysis of outstanding invoices.
· Interact with Procurement including but not limited to appropriate setup of new vendors.
· Monitor the Accounts Payable email inbox.
· Review Accounts Payable Aging and address invoices over 90 days.
· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications
· A minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience including supervisory duties.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (V-Lookup & Pivot Tables a must).
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
· Experience with Sage Intacct
· Experience with BILL.com
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
